Online purchase made through sanesanitizer.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivered date.
All return/exchange items must be new and unopened in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. Orders can be returned within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Customer is responsible for return label.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
Alternative Refund Process
If you have opened your product and you want to return it, we cannot accept it, but we do have a solution that can benefit all parties and the community. If you donate the product to a 501(c)3 organization, such as a church, food kitchen, or non-profit clinic, and obtain their 501(c)3 letter of determination from the IRS. You can email that to us with a receipt of the donation for a full refund. We understand that not everyone will appreciate our products and have certain expectations. We will return your money once you provide proof that you delivered the product to a 501(c)3 organization that benefits the community as described in this section. You must email [email protected] with your intentions within the return period of 14 days with your order number so we may notate your account. You will then have 5 business days to secure the letter and receipt of donation to email in, and we will process your refund within 7 days of complying with the Alternative Refund Process.
We offer full refund to your original payment method if the order is cancelled before it has shipped. If order is shipped we cannot refund you until we received the product back unopened. You should submit a request via email to [email protected] once your decide to cancel the order or reach out to our live chat support, if online and available, to contact us. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. have been shipped.
